Suz took the words right out of my mouth! It was great seeing you today. I forgot to thank you for your wonderful response to my last blog. I can't describe the feelings I had when I read it. Let me know how your "healing" goes. I'll see you in a couple of weeks.

i was so happy for y'all saturday, that you could bike so far. it will surely help keep that muscle tone and stamina up.(by the time i finished my 12 miles, there was NO WAY i was gonna turn around and do it again!)

Aww, that's a gorgeous pic. You have such a nice family! It was SOOOOOOO good to see you and Clark on Saturday! I missed you guys so much. Keep on doing so well with your recovery. You are STILL a marathoner!

Congrats on the wedding and thanks for sharing the picture. Hope your heel gets well soon, Jana. I am osteopenic, too, and try to be very careful and kind to my feet and legs which isn't easy with the punishment we are giving them!

That man looks far too young to have a daughter getting married! So,where's your photo, Jana?

I'm finally back in town. Based on Suz's adventures it sounds like Sat. was a tough day.

See you this coming Sat. if not before.

Jana, I have been on vacation in NC and we did not take our laptops...wanted to get away for real. BUMMER about your foot, but great that it is not a deal breaker for the marathon. I was thinking there for a while that you had plantar fascitis with the heel pain and it feeling better wearing heels. I had PF for about 6 months and it was miserable. That is why I have been taking it so slowly with this training. You won't lose the stamina you built up since you can bike, ellipticise, etc. Hey, you could use all this extra time to weight train and become a BODY BUILDER as well as do the marathon. Go Jana!
